Small Business Saturday is all about supporting, inspiring and promoting small business. This year Small Business Saturday is on the 3rd December, and if you’re one of Hounslow’s over 10,000 small businesses find out how you can get involved by visiting The Small Business Saturday website. Treasure hunts, pop up shops and colourful themed bags to encourage local shopping have all been features of previous Small Business Saturdays and this year the bar is being raised with a more festive feel.
On the day, less that three weeks until Christmas, just one of the events to mark Small Business Saturday will see families entertained as they shop at the Isleworth Christmas market from 3pm to 8pm in Church Street. In addition to the shopping opportunities there will be Christmas carols and the switching on of lights outside The London Apprentice, with the Isleworth ‘Eye’ attraction on the river down by All Saints Church. Also in Isleworth will be a children’s fun fair, an Ice Rink in Lower Square, Cinderella’s Unicorn drawn carriage offering rides and more market stalls from the Ice Rink through Church Street down to All Saints Church boasting a range of gift ideas.
