The latest information on the impact of Rugby World Cup 2015 on Hounslow residents and businesses will be available at three events starting next week.
Two advice sessions for residents living in the immediate vicinity of Twickenham Stadium and who require Residents’ Access Permits will be held at Webb Ellis house and the BridgeLink Centre on Monday 29 June and Wednesday 1 July respectively.
And, for local businesses, there will be a two-part briefing at the Holiday Inn, Brentford Lock on 7 July. In addition to outlining the major impacts, the briefing will examine the opportunities for hospitality businesses in Hounslow from this multi million pound event.
Hounslow Council Leader, Cllr Steve Curran, explains: “Rugby World Cup 2015 presents a number of challenges and opportunities to residents and local business. Our second round of briefings will keep local people up-to-date and help them to plan ahead for a successful and enjoyable Tournament.”
