Bargain hunters huge queue

An estimated 500 bargain hunters queued outside Next this morning as it became the latest big fashion chain to open in Hounslow.

Shoppers waited in line to get their hands on goody bags promised to the first 200 customers to make a purchase in the store, at the Treaty Centre, in Hounslow High Street.

For those who missed out on this morning’s freebies, there’s still time to get your hands on one of two £100 vouchers on offer for the best in-store selfies tweeted or Instagrammed by next Friday (December 19) with the hashtag #newnextselfie.

Last month, hundreds of customers queued for the opening of H&M, adjacent to Next, after it promised a 25 per cent discount to all those waiting in line when its doors opened that morning.
The two-story Next, which the company claims has created 40 jobs, includes a Patisserie Valerie on the first floor.
